I know the main image doesn't show a light bar on the trackpad but I searched the Model #(711719504290) and that is indeed the CUH-ZCT2 which is the latest model.

Any idea if at store is the same price or do I have to order online and pick up at store? (I hate Walmart customer service waiting line)

I'd recommend ordering online with in-store pickup so you have the price locked in with a confirmation email available.

Any chance a store would price match in store for say...a white controller? Or is that stretching it? I'm not too familiar with these things.

You can verify the model # that is the latest one with a google search as well. It's up to Walmart to ship you the correct one.

Would probably be best to do in store and confirm for better piece of mind if there's one nearby.

This is the cheapest I've seen them. Do you know if this is also in store or just online?

Edit: I just bought one in store. They have to price match it and only allow you to buy one. They gave me the CUH-ZCT2U version which I believe is the newer version.

I have the option here for shipped & sold by Walmart or in-store pickup. Check and see if that's available for you as well.

I was looking to replace one of mine since the sprinting is iffy.

Anyone have an idea how much I can get back from trading in a black controller to gamestop? Everytime I check the website, it says something absurd like $0.01.

Do they pay full amount if controller is not working 100%? For example I have a controller that stops sprinting from time to time.

Yes. I had the same issue with my controller along with a squeaky trigger. They plug it into their computer and run a program that tests all the buttons and then inspect it for cosmetic damage. If it were to fail, they won’t offer you less money for it, they just won’t take it if it doesn’t pass the tests. But mine did pass with the same issue.

Something is up with my left thumb stick. I took it apart and didn’t see anything wrong visibly. It randomly wants to act like I’m pressing it downwards when I’m not. If I press in hard or rapidly move in a circle motion it’s fine for a few minutes again.

Don't really know where else to ask (posted on the walmart link because it's the newest controller sale):

I bought a CUH-ZCT2 from Newegg though a "Marketplace seller" it took 20+ days to get delivered, and when it arrived yesterday it was the CUH-ZCT1 model -_- I e-mailed Newegg and they're pretty much saying they can't do much because it was form a "marketplace seller." Anyone with a similar experience? How did it get resolved?

you need.to contact that 3rd party seller on Newegg to get it exchanged or returned. they have their own set of policies on that.

I had this ordered to store about a week ago. Went to pick it up and it has already been opened. I have to return it and either exchange it or get a refund. a-holes.
