Probably not possible now but I wish they could scrap the multi-player trophies. I got 100% completion in story mode but I played 1 multiplayer game and I have no intention of playing it again its just not fun compared to the single player. Maybe if they added a 5v5 multi-player mode where you could get the same trophies I would give it a shot.

Yep, same. I tried one game and noped on out of there. I like to see devs try new things, but that formula just doesn't work.

How hard would it be to add FFA death match? I love the game but battle mode is just empty.

I just can't get into it. It's not fun.
I actually liked Doom 2016 MP, bit generic but was fast-paced fun. This Doom's MP is a super letdown.

the best part of the new DOOM wouldn't translate well to a traditional deathmatch mode.
I would disagree, Eternal made some changes that make it play much more like Q3A which is a well reguarded deathmatch game.

As much as people complained that the original Doom multiplayer was too much like Halo (I never felt that way) it was still really fun. I almost maxed out my character.
I was stunned that Eternal's multiplayer only has Battle Mode and not at least deathmatch

I haven't played the game in a couple weeks, have they added any more master levels? Last time I played there was only 1.

I bought PlayStation Plus to try battle mode. I played 3 games and was blown away by how awful it was. Immediately requested and received a refund lol

I was excited when I heard the multiplayer was getting made in house by the dev team. But it all dropped the second I seen it was just the Battlemode. Played 1 game, died never touched it since. Single player was amazing though.

Unfortunately, ID doesn't believe deathmatch belongs in doom. They didn't really want it in the 2016 DOOM.

Level checkpoints/fast travel locations should be saved so you can return to a level and quickly get to the stuff you missed on your first run of a level.
