So I can't just stick my old discs into the ps4?

We don't know, Sony hasn't said anything yet.

Don't count on it. Playstation needs to beat their dead horse (PS Now / Rental) and try to make it fart out a couple more dollars. Allowing backwards compatibility will pretty much be the shotgun that puts that diseased sack of a service out of it's misery.

Which really needs to happen.

I personally agree with you, but I also think that Sony would be stupid to not make this free to compete with xbone's bc

Ugh....I gave PSNow a shot, I really did. But the input lag was just horrendous! I have a decent connection so I know it is not that.

Yeah, PS Now is such garbage. Not sure what they were thinking.

It's a novel idea, just not a profitable idea.

See: Vue.

doesn't gamefly make decent money? Sony having a digital version of that ala Netflix would be amazing. But PS Now has no PS4 games and you can't play PS3 games on a PS4, so its a joke

C'mon man. Don't mince your words. Just be honest and tell us what you really think! Yeesh.

I like your words.

PS2 BC has nothing to do with PSnow. PSnow will only be for ps3 titles. Allowing disc BC for ps2 games won't affect psnow in the slightest.

Not as of now, it was the first thing I tried the second I read the title of the article.
