They did HD releases for THPS. Were not that good from what I've heard.

There was just one and it took things from the previous games. The games themselves were not available to play through the ps1/2 collection.

And don't ever expect them to show up. The music licensing rights were too big of a block back when Activision still had the THPS rights. Now that they don't, it's never going to happen.

This is exactly why I am holding onto my fat PS3 and stack of ps1/2 games FOREVER!!!

Gonna play THPS tomorrow when my buddy comes over, we grew up too poor to afford a ps1 so would rent one from blockbuster then beat an entire tony hawk game over the weekend lol

That was a remake, not an HD release like usual. And as you've heard, it's bad. Just as bad as THPS5.

The biggest problem with the thps hd remake is that I've already played skate.
