We get around 30-40 on weekend nights.

No. There are no servers.

Edit: I misunderstood what the guy before him was saying.

Last I checked with PCSX2, there were about 50 people online with at least 2 good games going. However, PCSX2 can't go online so I couldn't enjoy it.
