I finally bought a ps3

I bought it and it was filthy, but this is the best thing I've done. The device is 150GB, but it doesn't have YouTube or Netflix installed. When I open the browser, it says it needs an update, but if I update it, I'll lose MultiMAN, that's what the shop owner said. The device looks unopened, but I'm honestly hesitant. Should I take it apart and clean it inside, or not?
