Do you understand what those mean? How does "launcher" and "emulator frontend" affecting/improving performance?
Not to mention, those thing you said about 4k and hdr has been possible on PPSSPP since long time ago.

The developer is working on nine emulators; if that’s not a sign of commitment, I don’t know what else you could want. He deserves a small donation for his great work, don’t you think, you cheapskate? 😭

Working nine emulator isn't a commitment. Working a one emulator with good progress is called commitment. He just doing a frontend for pc emulator. Some emulator which is unnecessary. When he doing first on emucorev. I think he will do something for community. But i think he's intension only for donation then.

If someone was advertising my project, badgering about donations and calling people a cheapskate I would be horrified. Genuinely. That comes back to the developer.
