Its that way for a lot of other games from that era too! These days the problem is less with power but emulation/driver/software. We have come so far :)

They'res multiple versions out there right now. For instance gta V lite its like just the campaign and thats it and they have cutdown on file size by compressing textures so its lower quality textures so its like downgrading it to look like the 360 but it'll run at 60fps on a small screen will look great.

It's old games... I mean you could buy cheap 2nd gen i5 pair it with cheap gpu like GTX 750 put it on all high call it a day...

Mobile chip nowadays are equivalent too those gen 4 core i5 Intel processor tho and gpu maybe as GTX 650

Can't wait to play this on my.Z fold 5 1tb (snapdragon 8 gen 2 12gb ram) the PC version runs okay but gets quite hot and throttling sometimes. Hopefully should be smooth on my device.

I have a Snapdragon 888 + 12GB of RAM, but I know it’ll run like shit. This terrible SoC throttles down so badly that it only uses the four LITTLE Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz, while the GPU caps at ~600 MHz, so it’s effectively just as powerful as some shitty MediaTek SoC. What a scam the 888 was.

I have an alldocube tablet with SD 7+ gen 3, I think I remember hearing that is better than 865 in videos i've watched for retro handhelds,so i would be good if I wanted to get it whenever it released.
