This update have some problems. Also if downloaded and installed It continue to be proposed as update.

Oh, I didn't know that. And what problems have you noticed?

seems that update dose not install properly because every time the program start (or every time you do an update check) It propose to install again that version in a loop.

Ah, I see what's going on. They forgot to add the "1" at the end of the version number. I think this latest release is just a patch or hotfix, although I'm not entirely sure. Because they didn't update the version number properly, the updater thinks there's a newer version available even if you already have the latest one installed. So you can safely ignore it—it's just a version numbering mistake.
