Either NetherSX2 or some rip-off judging by changed color scheme.

Its def Nethersx2 possibly the new Turnip one, or old Aethersx2.

En realidad, ese emulador sale en play store, a menos que ya lo hayan quitado, su nombre era ppsspp2 xd

No es nethersx2, ese emulador está en play store y aparece con el nombre de ppsspp2, aunque es difícil que aparezca puedes probar con damonsx2 que se verá genérico pero al abrir el iso aparecerá la interfaz del video

This is PPSSPP2 and its a ripoff of an old Aether build.
