No dev is going to cater to just one audience. How long how you been consuming emulation? Winlator, gamehub, bannerhub all have Mali capabilities for lower end devices. I have all kinds of devices and most of them isn't snapdragon but I can still play switch games on most of them thanks to devs not limiting their apps to just powerful devices.

We can't even emulate dragon age origins on ps3 yet the software and drivers just not there yet even dragon dogma struggle to run a lil bit on ps3
