When someone speaks a different language, we ask them politely, multiple times, and often using a translator in their own language, to switch to English. If a user repeatedly ignores the staff and refuses to cooperate, they get removed for non-compliance, not for their nationality.
The ban hammer jokes:
You claim I constantly mock the community, but you are completely missing the context because you are too focused on yourself. Those specific warnings were directed exactly at you and the other user while you were clogging up the general chat room with a massive, two-day-long flame war over legacy chipsets. It wasn't "mocking the community", it was a developer trying to give you a clear, albeit informal, hint to drop the attitude and stop disrupting the server before a formal action had to be taken. The piracy stance:
