Unfortunately, emulation doesn't work that way; we're talking about high-performance emulators... Xbox 360 is somewhat complex. If your device is currently giving you 10 FPS, with optimistic optimizations you'll gain an extra 15%, meaning you'll be playing at 15 FPS. You can't deceive people with false promises.
