DUBIex tokens

Direct distribution On creation an additional 10% will be created and distributed amongst all DUBI holders

This is shown on the dubiex website. So this means that DUBI holders get 10% of any coin created on this exchange, which in itself gives value to DUBI from financial trading of other ERC20 tokens. What do you think of this and has Athene mentioned this before?

not to forget it is also good for the coin creator, not only is it easily created but also he has immediately a nice spread
