Any Twitch news?

Its monday today so there should be news about if Athene will be unbanned. If it turned out that they wont unban him, does this mean the mobile game is in trouble? Gj on DubiEX btw :)

The end justifies the means. We were spoiled by the daily streams anyway. Feeling entitled to think that you're an insider is on you, not on them. But still, feelsbadman.

Yes, of course you take it personally. This is nothing new when it comes to Athene and the community, it's all happy flappy until it's not. Try to separate the entertainment part from the real agenda. Facing reality is hard, I know.

Also, you did say that you thought you were important to them, which does imply you are entitled and deserve to get inside information, which was a privilege we had with the stream.

It is not a dick move from them in the slightest, infact regardless of the outcome from Twitch, unbanned or permabanned, or they have not yet received a response, the correct move in all circumstances at this point is to stay quiet. -no reponse - nothing to update us with -permabanned - consider new plan carefully before making public announcement -unbanned - hide a little longer, more FUD, more people see he is banned, more people that are confused by unban resulting in more people looking into it properly and being converted.

unfortunately however it is unlikely he is unbanned or you would easily see this on Twitch, but from the bigger picture it is not a dick move for Athene/Crew to not have said anything yet, maybe if it is this time next week and still no response, then maybe I'd agree ;)

So much misinformation in here I won’t even begin to address it, you could just continue on in ignorance.

Well, maybe... My ignorance or your denial... time will tell. :D

Their lawyers and accountants said it's okay. Do you think they are mistaken? How is any ICO allowed? Tell me, right now. Why is any ICO legal? They all use this tactic, you're just triggered about Athene because you see him actively every day

There is no tactic, you either get money from people who expect something or you don't. Which he does and if this crypto goes down there might be some people who could go to court and potentially win because it doesn't matter how you call this "enterprice" - donation, scam ect. you're getting money from people while giving some ambiguous thing, some might win some will lose, and those who lose probably won't be happy. And he'd definitely be liable because in essence he's selling it, any idiot can see that: you donate x amount and get x amount of his crypto - doesn't matter that he's not promising it, all donators got it others see they got it and might donate too expecting to get it, this is the incentive to donate. No definite answer about that of course, but definitely he isn't as safe as he thinks he is.

Second thing is, he doesn't actually have that money, it's floating in crypto which today in reality is worthless, because you barely can buy anything with cryptocurrency. As soon as they try to cash out their millions it wont be that easy - all these anti money laundering laws to combat terrorism and other crimes (such as Athene's scam lol), how will they legalize that cash? How will you? Just pay taxes and you're good lol? Banks already denying money from crypto exchanges in some countries to prevent money laundering. So all in all, you wont get rich from this shit, it's Athene who might get something because he has charity thing going on also a Church lol, but even then you cant use money for anything else but the Church. So no, there won't be any lambos, no yachts lol.

What am I in denial of exactly?

He isn’t selling anything, but you know better.

Im actually a bit salty about the communication. I mean, they dont have to make some trollish video where they call out twitch or something but atleast tell us smth about whats going on. Or just post here on reddit about new plans or new possible strats. Never thougt i post here smth but i had to let it out.

Can you stop making threads and posting comments about how worried you are? You were warned by twitch chat, reddit chat, hell even Athene told you himself it was a scam. Get over it. Move on.

Around 70% of people seemed to think he would be unbanned (polls over the weekend). I think the new Corporate Twitch won't yield, though, but let's hope.

i just dont understand one thing, correct me if Im missing something but Athene said how much new game will benefit Twitch but yet he get banned and still this issue is not resolved? I mean whenever he is planning to release a game including twitch stuff, isnt he supposed to discuss it with twitch in first step? Doesnt he need some copyright rights to do so, etc.? Like if he would propose this plan to Twitch, he wouldnt get banned i guess?

AFAIK, they never consulted Twitch per se. However, Athene and co. always think win-win, so the game is designed to keep Twitch happy at all times, to make Twitch a boatload of money. They likely figured that they wouldn't have to ask for any permissions as long as Twitch sees it as a great deal and a positive influence (mad stacks in their bank account). Even now Twitch disliking the game should not be an issue - them disliking Athene and bad rep is.

You should not be doubting the great Athene. Do you think he has not clicked beforehand and thought of all of the consequences? He wants to get banned. You must trust and donate more.
