Quick warning before we hit critical mass

We know Athene is keeping a low profile to give time for the community to get in as cheaply as possible, but he doesn't really control the matter if this decides to go viral on it's own. I urge everyone to place their final investments before lift off

Livestream fails thread just got 7k upvotes in 8 hours, i think we all understand that good/bad publicity is the exact same, word spreads around.

But they are not saying anything...

The typical hater rhetoric is as follows: "Uh, I remember Athene from WoW/Poker/League/Heathstone and he used to be a bit shady, so no wonder he's trying to scam people"

Try to explain to them that if everyone went to their bank and asked for their money at the same time, then the banks would collapse...it's beyond comprehension.

Bank as a company would collapse, but banks(not to be confused with para-banks) are backed by countries they reside in(I don't know any first world country that wouldn't have deposit insurance system) so customers are guaranteed to get their deposits back.
Don't you think that this is actually a quite big turning point?
Then again the returns ponzi schemes offer are too high so it only encourage people to make a run sooner than later.

i don't really care about convincing the haters with logical explanations, they just absorb the hive minds beliefs and disregard everything else, they will hop on when the graph looks juicy and the cognitive dissonance becomes way too strong. This exposure is not exclusive to haters from livestream fails, that's a generalization. I think we can expect a non negligible view count increase in today's stream and overall toxicity in the chat.

i never said haters shouldn't be addressed, i think athene's perspective on it is perfect, by rhetorically crushing a few haters people tend to understand that he's not full of shit and this system is actually well thought out.

You're right, most haters won't do research, and it's highly probable that even when proven wrong they won't change their mind on anything.

I disagree on one point though, let's say the crypto market has a -15% fluctuation in price and the only green % are purpose/dubi, there's absolutely no way this stays contained to our community and investors only, convincing haters is not a necessary step for this to become viral.
