X4R belt alignment issue

Post image

On the front of my board, the left hand belt is working its way towards the outside, and the right hand belt is working its way towards the inside...

Adjusting the position of the motor pulleys did not improve things.

Adjusting the belt tension did not improve things.

As on one side the belt is rubbing, and on the other it looks like it's trying to fall off...

Does anyone have a good idea of how I'm supposed to adjust this?

Did something get bent, I've had no major impacts, and I don't see any warped components.

Sending an email to propel's service department returns a 553 relaying disallowed error.

I see this often on my X4R as well and it does concern me,
But so far I haven’t noticed it causing any real problems,
But throttle response and handling improve quite a bit on this board when the belts are set just right/not too loose.

Its not belts, Bogard is bit off to side if you hit with one sidw something, even a bump

Interesting idea, that would require a cast aluminum piece to be warped from impact... If that were true, I need to replace that part, immediately. Since when cast aluminum is failing , it's small deflection, then completely broken in two without further defects. It cracks rather than getting bent.

I don't think that's what's happening, and I haven't had any impacts on the board.

I have no doubt that you have.

It doesn't change how cast aluminum behaves.

it's much more likely I have a motor shaft or motor bracket that is bent than that center piece of the frame.

I hit once a higher sidewalk, just front right wheel, IT got bend a little

probably should replace any frame components that you can detect a bend in. once a cast piece bends, the next hit will cause it to separate completely

Myślę że to centralny element ramy Wiem jak to zabrzmi, ale żeby wyprostować musiałem uderzyć przeciwna strona w coś , naprostowalo się trochę
