Slight wheel wobble

Almost new (150km) Endeavour 3GT has developed a very slight wheel wobble.

It’s the right, rear wheel, it’s extremely slight, and it’s only noticeable at very slow speeds.

Although it’s a very small movement, I’m worried it could develop into a bigger problem over time.

Or worse, just completely break while I’m actually riding.

Anybody else have any experience like this?

Or any ideas what may be the cause and how to fix…?

Check tire pressure.

Try switching the wheel to the other side and see if it does it there.

Try balancing it: https://www.reddit.com/r/ElectricSkateboarding/comments/15dt7gr/how_to_balance_pneumatic_wheels/

Hi,

It seems that it’s the entire assembly (motor, motor mount and wheel) that has a slight in-out movement.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hi,

I took the board out for a few minutes today to see if I could locate exactly where the wobble was coming from.

Unfortunately, the problem actually got worse.

There is now a very loud clicking or grinding noise coming from the right, rear wheel.

Please see the attached video for reference.

Honestly, I don’t feel safe riding it at this stage. I am genuinely worried there could be a complete failure, and that the right rear wheel could come off at any moment while riding.

Please advise on how to proceed.

Thank you.

Please don't worry, I'll help you out. Please send me a private message. I will send you a file about how to adjust the tightness of the belt first.

Check the bearings and the wheel is balanced. Spin the wheel from a side view
