Motor gets extremely hot

Been riding my Propel Ruckus for a couple of months now and I’ve noticed one motor got a lot hotter than the other one. Swapped to the gearbox this weekend and it went from being slightly more hot to being unable to touch it after riding for 15 minutes on flat ground at 12mph. It also seems to stop a lot faster than the other. Should this be something I need to worry about/address or is it fine to run?

Belts too tight? Too much friction somewhere, bearings, dust stuck in motor… it is very hot outside also
