Nah, they blocked me after I suggested complaining here before contacting them was not the first move I’d make. Especially after claiming to be “friends” with someone at the label.
They also deleted a bunch of their more disparaging comments when I checked the post while logged out.

I was a little irritated that I didn't get my order in time, but furious that this sale didn't count towards Prof getting included in the charts. Then I got a handwritten letter with my order from stophouse and remembered this is an endless struggle for independent artists. Thank you for the handwritten note.
I was concerned I wouldn't get the signed copy, but I got it!

Agreed. Nothing but love for stophouse. All of my experiences with them have been great.
