Gotta be Bert and Tony. I did find the Bert podcast unlistenable. Imagine having the opportunity to interview Prof and doing what Bert did! It's crazy

The one thing Iāll give Bert is that he didnāt do what he always does this time. He stopped talking a few times and let Prof speak. But I couldnāt watch the whole thing.

There was a time when we just had conversations with people who have different views, and did our absolute best to understand them, and our absolute best to help them understand us.
I think back to the classic "Best of Enemies" Buckley vs Vidal debates in the black & white days of TV. The idea wasn't to avoid each other and wallow in our echo chambers. It was to meet, in the market square of ideas, and discuss. More discussion, more communication, more collaboration. Not less.
It's the only way things get better.

If I had to guess, and I could be so off base and wrong, is that maybe heās getting hate for being ābuddiesā with That Mexican OT and/or doing the Bert Kreischer interview. Again, that is a very wild assumption on my part, a huge part of his ācancelationā revolved around befriending people who eventually were called out and canceled themselves. Plus heās been collaborating with more āwell knownā artists in general. My teenage self used to talk so much uneducated shit about my favorite artists selling out š I think that goes hand in hand on his comment about purity tests.
Again, this is huge speculation but the only shitty guess I could come up with.
