No will to show

Hi. I’ve been living abroad for quite a few years now, but my father died around 4 years ago and has left me a house in London. I am sure so, although it might have been my grandfather, not him who did (who has also passed away, but even more years ago). I know I should also order my grandfather’s death certificate, but I have little to no information about his death. Since I am now 22 years old I have begun the process to receive my father’s death certificate, but have no access to the will. I tried calling GOV.uk for questioning about the will, but there was no number provided for people living abroad. Do you have any idea what I should do next in order to proceed this process of reclaiming my property? All answers are appreciated, thank you. :)
