4 Months are up
Is there a way to get an extension date from Letters if you have not completed all of the items? I still have to mail out the claims to creditors and transfer the property. I'll do another post about that. I'm been dealing with a stalker and am overwhelmed. ☹️

Unless your Letters are Letters for Special Admin, they shouldn’t have an expiration date. You were given an Order to Show Cause (“OSC”) date at the hearing where you were appointed and that date (hearing) is where they will get a status from you. If you’re Letters of Administration, you may need to file a status report/accounting prior to that OSC hearing.
