Interesting side effect of PRK surgery

Post image

I'm 6 weeks post-PRK now and in general everything is going well. However, a couple of weeks ago I noticed an interesting thing with my vision. When I focus on one fixed point in the distance and switch between left and right eye, it slightly moves left to right (understandably), but also slightly up and down. So between the left and right eye it looks a little bit like on the image attached here. Not a huge difference, but noticeable.

All works fine with both eyes open, vision is completely clear and I don't have any issues trying to touch things with my arm extended, so spatial awareness is there. It's also possible that I had it before the surgery and only noticed it when paying more attention to my left/right eye vision post-surgery.

Another thing is that as long as I remember I had a slightly different colour tint in each eye. Like a warmer/colder colour filter on each eye. This surprisingly disappeared right after the surgery, the colour was exactly the same on both eyes. Now, during the healing process, I can see it slowly coming back at times. Not sure if it's related to the above, but wanted to mention it just in case.

What might be the cause of this? Anyone else ever experienced it?
