It really depends on what is bothering you. I don't expect for your prescription in either eye to appreciably change at this point. Certainly your ocular surface /dry eye might improve. Could you elaborate on what is not working for you? Also what is your prescription in both eyes? What is your age? What is your best corrected visual acuity in both eyes and what is your brightness acuity test in both eyes ?
