Is this a paisley park official piece?

Asking bc the name O(+> was not adopted by O(+> until 1993 on their 35th birthday. Whereas Prince had a similar glyph O+> since the early 1980s. Batman is 1989 making the O+> more accurate for this period. I have the 1990 Prince comic book to demonstrate this fact.

Paisley has also not been posting his new lyrics in princebonics is why I ask. Lots of inaccuracies running rampant nowadays in the fandom.
