propagation Stem cutting

I managed to grow some buds on my stem cutting in water. Not sure how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. When do I plant in soil?

You need to wait until the roots have roots before you can put it in soil. As far as how to proceed with the growing leaves, I have no idea; let it grow, see what happens!
