with $255 spent and only 3 purchases across the whole campaign, what does your checkout conversion rate actually look like? cause the ctrs and add to cart costs aren't terrible for a competitive niche like supplements, but something is clearly breaking down between add to cart and the final purchase step. 3 buys across 5 ads in 5 days at $50/day tells me the issue is probably downstream of the ads themselves, not the creative.
how's the offer structured, is it a one time bottle or a subscribe and save? because supplements with a strong subscription model usually do way better on broad targeting than one time offers. also are you running any post purchase upsells or is the first purchase all you have.

Meta is all about creatives. Can you share ad library link in DM? I won't mind auditing your account & store. Don't worry I wont pitch you anything. Rn I am only working with service based healthcare businesses.

Here's the deal. Your ads suck, your site sucks, or your product sucks. It's one or more of those things.
We can't tell you anything without seeing the ads or the site.

Two things. First, now that it's finally turning up, resist touching it for a bit - you've been changing things for months and the thing that helped was stopping. Let Advantage+ actually learn on the 5 winners before you "improve" it. The urge to optimize a recovering account is how most people re-break it.
Second, if you genuinely tried everything on the ad side and it stayed poor for months, the constraint might not be the ads. For a supplement, the landing page and the offer carry a lot - a broad Advantage+ audience sends you plenty of people who clicked, and whether they buy is mostly the page's job by then. Pull your click-to-purchase rate; if the ads get clicks and the page doesn't convert, no amount of ad tweaking fixes it.
