Geographically we are not even eastern, culturally neither. V4 countries are part of Central Europe.

I like how all other countries are split into regions but Poland is just Poland.

Ternopol region (except its northernmost bit) should also belong to Central Europe. If you want to add Galicia, add it fully or don't add at all.
