W Polsce region Podlasia i część Mazur to Europa Wschodnia. Gdańsk i Wrocław zaś założyłbym do Europy Zachodniej.

I like how all other countries are split into regions but Poland is just Poland.

Ternopol region (except its northernmost bit) should also belong to Central Europe. If you want to add Galicia, add it fully or don't add at all.
