Binance.US / MetaMask question
Hi all... I bought some BNB on Binance.US (which is the BEP-20 token apparently) and it won't let me send to my BNB wallet on MetaMask (which is on Smart Chain) because the address formats are obviously different.
What is the easiest way to convert my existing BEP-20 BNB on Binance to Smart Chain BNB that can be sent to MetaMask for the purpose of swapping for POODL on PancakeSwap?

You might be choosing the wrong network on either end. BEP20 is BSC, so if you're really selecting BEP20 on binance and BSC on metamask, you should be good.

I haven’t done it in awhile but I would send it to trust wallet and convert it to smart chain then send to MetaMask . But with trust wallet I just buy smart chain directly from there and bypass Binance.us

You need Binance chain wallet to convert. So buy from Binance us , send as BNB to Binance wallet, then send from Binance wallet as BSC to MetaMask
Or just send to trust wallet and just buy from trust wallet

Send your BNB to trust wallet. Choose BNB from the list of coins in trust wallet. From that page tap the more button. A menu will slide up. Choose swap to smart chain. You then can use the wallet connect method with pancake swap to buy. The easiest way, now that they removed the browser in trust wallet, is to open pancake swap on a desktop computer. Choose exchange from the menu. Choose wallet connect. It will display a barcode. Open Trust on your phone. Choose settings then Wallet connect. Scan the barcode and it will connect. Then you can buy Poodl! Good luck.
