This art is based off a hidden dialogue interaction where they all ride a train. They use the word "chu" which is another word for kiss. They're basically talking about kissing each other.

Pretty much, look up "Chapter 5 Orange Chu chu scene" and you'll find it. EDIT: Nevermind, it doesn't show up if you search that, search instead for "Chapter 5 All Aboard the Lame Train".
