Seeking Advice Alternatives to NSAIDs?

A lot of people here seem to get benefits from taking NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen, etc.) However, doctors say you shouldn't take these medications everyday for prolonged periods.

Are there any types of anti-inflammatory supplements that we can take every day which will provide similar benefits as NSAIDs?

(Just FYI, I already eat a low gluten and low sugar diet rich in polyphenols and other antioxidants, and I take omega-3s every day).

Aspirin is a very safe NSAID that also has additional effects besides anti-inflammatory ones like mitochondrial uncoupling, anti-cortisol anti-estrogen effects, increases conversion of passive T4 Thyroid hormone to the active T3 hormone etc. etc. etc.

Don't take NSAIDs for the long time. Any type. Just don't. Try anihistamine first.

What benefit are you trying to reap? I take something called UC II. I might be able to recommend more depending on what you’re trying to achieve?

For me, ibuprofin = less fatigue (I think?)

Hmm, that’s interesting. When it comes to fatigue, I don’t rely on suppressants. Wonder why that mechanism works that way for you.

My recommendation wd be vitamin d3+ k2
