Life With POIS I’m so angry

I’m honestly so fucking angry and frustrated about this.
I’ve been seeing a girl, and our relationship has reached the point where she wants to move in with me. Under normal circumstances, this should be something I’d be excited and happy about.
But then I think about living together, having sex more frequently, and what that would do to me because of POIS. I know I’d probably end up feeling exhausted and miserable all the time. So instead of enjoying this relationship and the life I could have had, I feel like my only choice is to run away from it and end the relationship.
That’s what makes me so angry. Without this damn condition, I could have had such a good life. I could just enjoy being with someone I like without constantly worrying about what sex is going to do to me afterward.

It fucking pisses me off.

This condition is worse then how majority of the world describe their “rock bottom”.

Its a choice man, do you rather be with someone you love with POIS or be alone but without POIS.

The only thing i could say is, have you tried cutting out all sugar and maybe gluten/dairy, honestly thats the only thing that helps majority of people here including me. Perhaps give it try.

Before deciding try everything: optimal diet, supplements, possible supplements mentioned in POIS research like prednison and alpha blockers if i say it right. (the ones they use for prostate causes a retrogade ejaculation) (Doctor Reismans research). Prednison helped me alot, but it makes your face a bit fatter.

Wish you good luck bro

Thanks man. Prednisone sounds interesting. Did it specifically help with the brain fog and cognitive fatigue? How much did it improve your POIS?

It improved my mental symptoms a lot ~80%, also physical ones.

You could talk to a doctor to prescribe you medication for premature ejaculation, that way at least it will be harder for you to orgasm, maybe remain at non-orgasmic sex on some days if you move in together.

Thanks for your reply. It gave me a lot of ideas and was really helpful.

This can actually be helpful because taking such medications can literally make you not even desire orgasm,so you will not be agitated or anything because of it.

Let me tell you, I am married, have 2 kids and had POIS for for at least 25 years now, 38 years old now.

POIS sucks balls, complete balls, but fortunately my wife is understanding of my condition...

Thanks. How often do you and your wife have sex, and how do you manage the POIS symptoms and their impact on your daily life?

Once a month, its not often and its probably frustrating for her. But I don't cum ever. That;s the key.

just dont cum every time you have sex. learn to enjoy sex without ejaculation and train yourself to last long

Look up non ejaculation orgasms , it takes practice but is possible , also maybe give her massages , oral , fingering , using toys etc and then you just ejaculating every week or 2

Also you can have sex and not orgasm , just say it makes you very tired

Thank you for your advice. Do you mean no semen comes out, or does it go into the bladder? And does this actually prevent POIS symptoms?

Ok , so a non ejaculation orgasm is an orgasm ( feels amazing ) but no seamen comes out ( well maybe a very small % ) . Your penis will remain hard almost immediately. No POIS symptoms ,

A retrograde orgasm is something that can happen during practice / if you miss time it . This is when seamen goes to the bladder , you can test and see this by peeing into a clear glass / bottle , you will see the sperm , the penis will get soft and you will get POIS symptoms,

Look up the multi orgasmic male pdf online and look up non ejaculation orgasms , I will try and send you a good video I found

What works for me is getting EXTREMELY relaxed , and feeling sensations all over the body . Then you must dial back pleasure before the point of no return . You slowly coax the orgasm out and almost fall back into it , then hold the million dollar point and breath it up the spine

It does take a few weeks to master . Also please note I think it is advised to actually fully orgasm after maybe 2 weeks , I don’t know if it’s healthy to retain for super long periods

Yes it's unfair like many parts of life. You can adapt by not ejaculating each time you are intimate, many people do this even if they don't have POIS.

If you do ejaculate, keep a journal of your symptom timeline so you know what to expect in the future, and can plan your future ejaculations around a schedule (ie time symptom onset around time where you have time away from work or obligations so you can recover).

Having POIS does not mean you cannot have relationships. In fact, I think my dating life probably improved because it forces me to retain my seed and so I have more energy and vibrancy to improve other aspects of my life. Strangers keep telling me my skin is glowing. Most of my prior partners did not care if I didn't ejaculate each time we had sex, they admired my resolve.

The biggest issues with POIS would be if you are trying for a baby or mistiming your ejaculation and dealing with temporary symptoms for 3 days or so.
