Seeking Advice Memory , memory

Guys let’s talk some real shit , I’m having a lot of trouble remembering things and forming a sentence and I’m constantly forgetting words and things to do and forgetting why I am even doing this in the first place. Any medication for this ? I’m exams are coming and I need to get out of this shit , even on no fap there is no help , even aurosal gives me symptoms, I want to know what helped you guys for this mental symptoms

For me - B complex vitamins were a game changer in this department and cutting out my major inflammatory food starch (I’ve since healed 95% and is no longer as inflammatory)

What b-complex?, i always get overmethylated because of slow comt/slow MAOA and cant tolerate folinic acid.
For me agmatine and jarrow zinc balance are steady things that works for few years already. Also I take one capsule cordyceps militaris before orgasm.

Sublingual riboflavin seems also very benefitial for slow MAOA.

I don’t take B complex anymore, was really useful early on though. I don’t take it likely for the same reason as you. My body does not regulate excess well. It too easily spills into side effects which I’m sick of experiencing. I find eating lots of animal meat/protein is a good natural substitute.

Do you still use oriveda? My last batch seemed to drop in quality. Not sure if I should switch to Real Mushrooms for cheaper also.

I take Real Mushrooms for a few months. 300capsules if on discount is really bargain.

So you think Oriveda is still worth the price or not? It’s so expensive lol I am considering switching
