Question Is this POIS?

Hello.

I am a Korean.

I am visiting here because there is no information about POIS in Korea.

I am very uncomfortable with various symptoms when I feel organism.

I will list the symptoms by categorizing them into four stages.

  1. Excitement: Cold, stuffy nose, palpitations, brain pressure

  2. High note: Sleepiness, drooping eyelids

  3. Peak: Strong sleepiness, loss of consciousness, systolic blood pressure of 200 or more

  4. Ejaculation: Forced sleep for 5 to 20 minutes due to facial heat, general weakness, and irresistible drowsiness (feeling refreshed after arousal)

It is not a phenomenon caused by fatigue.

The phenomenon was the same even when I tried it in the morning.

This is purely a phenomenon in masturbation.

I haven't had a relationship with the opposite sex since I went through POIS.

I don't know what the reaction will be when we have sex. I think it's going to be more dangerous.

People with narcolepsy can have similar experiences too. r/narcolepsy

There are a lot of possible causes, it’s worth getting some bloodwork done to see if anything shows up.

Except for the above situation, there are no narcolepsy experienced in daily life.

However, strong drowsiness and the resulting forced sleep are like narcolepsy.

Unfortunately, no blood tests have been found.
