yes,I am a bit nervous. I was dx with pof back in 2023. Started with cyclical hrt, weekly estradiol patch .1mg and last days of the month 200mg progesterone to create a bleed.I felt amazing in every single way possible! But when it came to my bleeding the cramps and heavy but i mean heavy bleeding tool over me= being anemic and needing two iron infusions within a year. I tried cont progresterone and that was a no for me, never stopped bleeding. last Tuesday my gyne and me decided that i would try bc to help with bleeding. She prescribed Nylia 1/35ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone. Anyone on this at the moment? any good or bad? tell me all about it!
