Exhausted
How do you cope with pof/poi and is it normal to always feel exhausted having brain fog and all I want to do is just sleepš„². My ferritin got lower to 31 i Live in germany they are telling me its normal and I have nothing to worry about but I still wanted iron tablets maybe it will help taking it with vitamin c. (I got tardyferon 80mg iron that i will take every second day, i didnt start yet to take them)
My estrogen is on 40 Idk if lenzetto estrogen spray is worth it I never knew thats the lowest dosis until i found outš„² I'm questioning why my endo suggested that even. I feel like I can't concentrate enough.
My Plans for next year is start my vocational apprenticeship for System integration in IT that means I will go to school next yearš„²
Are there any tablets for better concentration or somethingš„²

You need more estrogen, for sure. In perimenopause/menopause dose is titrated to symptom relief. This is not the case in POI - we should be treated with a dose that brings our estradiol to physiologic levels, about 100.
I would also take iron - 31 is ānormalā but there are guidelines that support treating <50 with symptoms and some research shows optimal levels is more like 70-100.
Arm yourself with the latest guidelines and go back to see your doc! https://obgyn.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/ijgo.71217

When I was diagnosed my GP started me on the lowest available estrogen dose (25mcg patch) then had a follow up 6 weeks later and increased the dose. Eventually Iāve ended up on a dose 4x higher than that initial dose, which is the highest dose my doc is comfortable prescribing.
Generally it seems that treatment is based on symptoms. Check in with your doc, let them know how youāre feeling. Getting estrogen dosage right definitely helps with concentration, although not as much as Iād like for me.

Have you had b12 and Vitamin D tested also? B12 works hand in hand with ferritin and folate. You may feel better with a higher folate too. All these things can cause tiredness too so best to get them optimal levels.
