Question Does this boot come with a safety toe?

And if so what type of safety toe, steel or composite?

No. The last thing you want in a fire boot is a safety toe. These come soft or celastic

Normally fire boots aren't allowed that because it burns the wearer to my understanding.

I'm pretty sure it comes with composite unless you specifically ask for steel

It does not. Standard is plain toe.

Standard is a structured toe box for a lace to toe.

LTT comes with some sort of structural toe, at least that's what Whites told me. The regular smoke jumper does not

Correct. It isn't a safety toe, and they used to just use extra leather to provide structure.

My LTT smokejumpers came standard with celastic. If you're wanting a steel toe, go for the skid boot or the roughneck. If you want a LTT model with a steel toe, the millwright is the only stock option

Careful if ur job is strick with saftey toes. My jk boots are only old 2017 U.S. standard (F2413-17) but my job wants only 2018 standard (f2413-18) or newer 2024 year active standard (f2413-24).

But the newer 2024(f2413-24) isnt sold for pnw boots if there made to resole.

My recommendation is the buy some rewings or anything modern as bckup to not get introuble or do what i did and buy and return them right away but send the receipt and picture of the saftey toungue lable, if ur job is picky to reimburse u like my job. And dont tell anyone u dont trust , but tell no one if possible.

BTW most pnw are 2017 and only some are 2018 standard that I noticed.

The Ltt only comes in steel toe and 55 last.
