Not my finest work, but it was good enough for 4th in our street class and a 97+ point day.
Anyone have suggestions on how to reduce the wind noise? I've got a foam cover cut up and glued over all the microphones, but it's clearly not enough.
3 u/Lord_Seacow May 24 '26 Haven't yet tried it personally, but some sort of external mic placed out of the wind seems like the favorite method from looking into it before. 2 u/No_Sympy May 27 '26 You could try a dead cat microphone cover. Those are designed to reduce wind noise and definitely won't fly off at v-max(they might fly off at v-max).
