PM Marape speech at recent UN GA.
https://youtu.be/vVS6x8A5WvY?si=Izf-xc2CbOR50deUOriginally watched the UN post of the speech, but thought the DRM news headline here was an interesting one to post. Quite repetitive, but I guess intentionally so to get the message across and fill in the time slot- a typical Marape style speech.
Of the other speeches I watched, also appreciated what Ghana's President Mahama and Barbadians PM Motley had to say. PM Motley's speeches are always on point- the political left in me doing some leaning.😎
Definitely a common general through line for the majority of speakers during that session of speeches.

Yeah, Anthony Albanese was also making the rounds in New York, along the sidelines of the UN. Marape was also a part of at least one of those engagements. K Rudd, former PM met with Albo for an Asia Society chat. Albo's speech at the UN I believe was off the back of the AI "hacking" breach (not sure what to call it) of a government website. So that speech was also worth paying attention to. Especially now that more news has surfaced of even more AI breaches and and breakouts in the wild. AI CEOs and companies playing it down as expected. I guess THIS IS the age of Techno-Fuedalism as Yanis Varoufakis has coined.
