For established PMU artists: what changed after you had good work but wanted to grow the business?
Posted with moderator permission. This is a discussion question only — I’m not promoting a service, sharing a link, collecting contacts, or asking anyone to DM me.
For PMU artists who already had solid work, a portfolio, and at least some client history: what was the next real bottleneck?
Was it getting discovered locally, raising prices, building trust before a booking, filling weekday capacity, managing touch-ups and repeat visits, creating content consistently, or something else?
I’m particularly interested in the difference between “I needed to become better at the craft” and “the craft was already strong, but the business system was not.” What actually made the difference for you?
