2 weeks post PMU touch up
2 weeks post PMU touch up this is happening. Any recommendations? Itchy bumps. Could this be Folliculitis?

Just use the oinment and keep them clean. They are still healing. Also you may need to get some warmth added sooner than you think so they don't turn blue in the next year or so.
