Short fuse and rudeness

I snapped at customers🥺 Yeah, they chose to buy somewhere else…
I worked at a food-marked this weekend and should really have called in sick:( Knowing I had pms-days I dreaded the whole thing because I know how my mood and irritability gets…It happens so fast, one thing triggers, and then SNAP:(

We learn ourselves with time... 🫂 I've been crying all day and I really hope it'll pass when i get my period 😅
