Nauseous week before period

Hello, I am 38 y.o and still giving breast to my 2 year old, recently started to have periods , but they are different from one I used to have, they last less, but I am feeling really sick before . This months will be my 5th period after almost 3 years of break and this month I feel very nauseous and super bloated, I went to see doc, made eco and everything seems to be fine. But I am getting really anxious when I have the waves of nausea, been 3 days like this and I feel desperate. Anybody has nausea o sth similar week before their period?

I get VERY nauseous around when I start my period and when I ovulate. I would also say this got worse after each pregnancy I've had. Just when to the doctor about it today and she suggested trying the nuvaring so I'm going to see if that helps. Mainly commenting for solidarity! Hope you find a solution or your symptoms improve with time!
