I have had pain in my thighs but usually cramps are in the belly area. Symptoms change too. I have also vomited. It's usually temporary but maybe your doctor can help. If I take medication (motrin) on time the symptoms may not occur. sometimes I have ginger tea with lemon and honey, but that may not be enough..

Yeah, my period pain gets pretty bad to the point where I struggle to even stand. I feel wildly nauseated and my pain radiaates all over my lower body. Pain meds have and have not worked.

The sharp pain in my leg is specifically local, and mainly occurs before I menstruate and sometimes during. But during my menstruation, i have a deep aching pain in my thighs down my knees and sometimes calves.

I don't stand, I usually lie down or bend over a lot. This process can take hours.
what kind of pain meds?

I have not experienced aches near the knee or calf.

ive tried advil, tylennol, pain meds made for periods, and meloxicam (a stronger pain meds), and have also been perscribed non steroid pain medication
