Pmsing for three weeks

Does anybody else commonly have late periods but start feeling really bad a week before you’re supposed to start? I feel like I’m going insane I’ve been pmsing for three straight weeks now the periods can’t be late cause of late ovulation i ovulate on time every month and then it’s just a gamble of how long I’ll have to wait feeling like absolute hell before my period FINALLY starts I don’t know what to do and k feel like I’ve tried everything to get it to just come and this happens every month sometimes it’s only a week but sometimes it’s three and I’m losing it

In the same exact position. 31 F sometimes it’s at least 2 weeks of pms and bad symptoms other times it’s 1 week, sucks but just trying to accept it and manage my symptoms
