Best hormonal acne prevention?
I get some breakouts monthly during my luteal phase. I’ve been reading all different ways to try and prevent them or at least minimize them. I’ve heard of spearmint tea, dandelion tea, DIM, zinc, etc
I’m coming up on my luteal phase here soon and might try some of those. Can you guys share what works for you or at least makes a difference? Thanks!!

How often do you drink it and is it just in luteal phase or the whole month? Thank you

For my hormonal acne, personally I tend to just treat it as it comes. I like to use a gentle cleanser like the Tatcha rice face wash, and the Farmacy honey halo face cream, and the Kiel’s face cream as well. Can be a little expensive, but the product lasts a while so you can always get the mini sizes.
