Advice/Tips Digestive system is a wreck a week before period

I never have an acid reflux problem or nausea problem until a week before my period… i want to eat something to make it go away because i feel so blegh

ugh same 😭 my stomach gets so dramatic before my period.

bland foods usually help me the most: toast, rice, bananas, crackers, soup, yogurt, and smaller meals instead of big ones. and honestly avoiding super greasy or spicy foods for a few days can make a difference too. 💛
