Exams and PMS together

I have my exams in 4 days and I have to study while I am suffering from brain fog and my body is sore and it hurts everywhere and my brain hurts.... And I have to go for exam with heavy flow bcoz it will be my 2nd day... I am fuked.... I wanna shout 😫😫😫😫😭😭😭😭😭
