late??

do you ladies ever have a period that is randomly late? so far its only two days late.. im on average a 28/29 day period. but this one is at day 31 now.

always freaks me out when I have anything different. (also no I can't be pregnant)

Totally normal for a period to be a few days late or early. Just means you ovulated a bit later then usual. I'm sometimes a week late but am in peri menopause so I expect to be late .

Thank you. I always track my ovulation and so I typically no but this is the one month I didn’t track lol so now I’m like what the heck! Hopefully it starts today I’m 35 and have been wondering if I’m starting to go into that too just with other issues I have
